Ongoing Lessons
- you do not need to rebook each week. Your booking will remain in place until you notify me of your intention to cancel.
Payment Terms
- Payment is required one week in advance.
- If a lesson is cancelled due to unsuitable weather, or cancelled in line with the cancellation notice guidelines, the value of that lesson will be credited and deducted from the following weeks payment.
Cancellations
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any lesson cancellation or change.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% lesson charge.
- Cancellations made on the day of the lesson will incur the full lesson charge.
Weather
- In the event of unsuitable weather conditions, the decision to proceed with or cancel a lesson will be made on the morning of the scheduled lesson.
- No fee will be charged for lessons cancelled due to weather conditions.
Variations
- Any changes to lesson times, pricing, or terms will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties.
- This agreement may be updated with reasonable notice.
Changing Days/Times
- You can change your lesson day or time if needed. However, you may be placed on a waiting list until a suitable alternative becomes available.
Swimmers Progress
- Every child progresses at their own pace. If there are any concerns regarding a child’s progress or instruction, please contact me directly. I am committed to providing high-quality swimming lessons to ensure each child reaches their full potential as efficiently as possible.
